I received a postcard in the mail and after speaking with the salesperson Michael,  I was satisfied with the price and the job that was to be done. Jason Autry was the foreman and he and the other employee were very nice to deal with and finished the job in a reasonable time even with the heat wave we are having! I believe they have done an excellent job.

Mike expected to be a little late and called me to provide a heads up. As it turns out he arrived on time anyway. I was very impressed with drainage system Mike recommended. 

Redeemers proposed the best solution to our basement leak problem and offered the lowest price.

Redeemers Group did an AMAZING job. Our home had some serious foundation issues…we literally had a huge ramp in the doorway between our living/dining room. David and his team assured us that they were going to take care of our problems, and they did not waste any time getting started with the repairs. I am just amazed that they were able to level our floors back out…I really thought there was no way this could ever be done! The team that worked on our home consisted of David, Raff and Zack. They were highly professional, courteous, hard- working and I highly recommend them.

A lot of other companies didn't want to do work or wanted money up front. I felt uncomfortable with that. They (Redeemers Group) were fantastic. The crew was really nice and did a good job. When he put a pier in the (foundation ) closet of my grandsons room and the door finally shut, he was really excited about that. Philip and David were great to work with. Professional and knowledgeable (Mike Rutter)Our concrete slabs were sinking due to water running underneath from our bus wash station. I literally saw your truck one day with the Ad and immediately called. I scheduled an evaluation appointment. We were sold on the product for two reasons: the product was guaranteed to withstand 6000 lbs/sq inch of weight and the product was backed with a five year 1/4 drop warranty. Both of which are very important when Coach buses will be driving over this area daily. It was completed in a couple of hours and vehicles could drive on it shortly after. The company was represented well (Joe Cook, Foreman) and the job was done that was promised and so far the product has held up excellently.

(as copied and pasted from 3rd party review site) Comments:  Great work, You should always oversee any big job on your house for the small things to be sure are done. But just like the before after on web site that what basement/crawlspace are now like and big big difference on A/C and humidity. A/C is colder and running less. 90yr old dank basement is now white and bright. It's worth the investment.

I sent an e-mail and within a very short time I received a phone call. Very polite and explained everything. I receive the literature almost overnight. Michael checked in with me to confirm our appointment and explained everything. (James) Terry called me when they left Memphis and told me their arrival time. They kept me informed of what they would finish on Monday and when they would return on Tuesday. All three men in the crew were very polite and thanked me for using Redeemer! The crew cleaned up everything and even closed the gates when they left. I had one estimate and when I was looking for a second opinion I saw your web page. The estimates were almost the same but I chose your company as your reviews were good and also the BBB only had one complaint and you resolved it. 

We had lived with the problem (wet basement) for twenty years, ever since we built the house, but the work your team did stopped the problem totally!  We have not had one problem since the work has been finished.  Phillip and the team did an outstanding job, very courteous and knowledgeable.
