They evaluated the shifting that had occurred to our home and what had been done previously and made an affordable and reasonable recommendation. We spent about twice as much trying to fix the issue before we called them, with a company that had a "lifetime warranty." The work they did was of little help, and when they went out of business, we had no recourse.
