Chet and his team dealt with difficult weather conditions but still did a great job installing piers and support beams to bring my foundation back to level and stabilize it!

My first quote was from Olshan and I wasn’t impressed with what them. I found Redeemers group by searching the internet and liked what I saw and liked the reviews. When I made the initial call to set up an appointment the lady I talked to was very friendly, pleasant, helpful, and accommodating. I was impressed with how professional and knowledgeable and honest Wade was on this project. The Installation Crew are great guys and knew what they were doing. The company you work for has really developed an excellent system for showing the customer exactly why they need the repairs that are suggested. Please pass along my gratitude to whomever came up with that idea and the videos.  The rest of my gratitude I want to express for you. You took the time to listen to me, and didn’t treat me like I had no idea what I was talking about. While I don’t know hardly anything about building homes, foundations, etc., I do know my home and the things going on with it, and I could tell that you understood that. It’s frustrating as a woman because men think we have no idea what we’re talking about, but you never made me feel that way.  Also, I could tell that you are very knowledgeable about this stuff, and I was very impressed when you didnt make your mind up instantly about what needed to be done and instead finished your inspection and found out the real issues. I loved that! It showed me that you weren’t there just to get in and get out, you really wanted to find the cause of our problems!  Also, the way you explained things even before the videos, was exemplary. he Redeemers Group were very professional and answered all of our questions. The first representative that came out to give an estimate was very thorough and explained everything to make us feel comfortable with knowing we had a professional company taking care of our foundation. Every man that came out were very respectful and kind. I would highly recommend this company!!

Your company had done some work on my house for the previous owners so I wanted to be consistent. Also it was a critical job to my house and I wanted the best. You all have a good reputation.  Wade was great. To his credit we added more to the job, which I needed. While the job cost more than I expected everything he recommend I’m glad I had you install. Both crews were very good. Chet and the two crews that installed the peers worked extremely hard in adverse conditions (35 degrees some days and raining). It was some very hard work but he communicated very well to me. As the leader on the job I could tell his crew respected him because he worked right along side them.

Everyone we talked to was great and knowledgeable. Could not of asked for anything better.

My experience with the call representatives is always very professional and courteous. The sales person, Chris Perez, was on time and professional. And the crew was also on time and professional.

Tommy and Chelsa did a fantastic job repairing our driveway and walkway. They leveled and stabilized the entire area and then cleaned, sealed, and filled all cracks and gaps. It looks great! They were friendly and communicated with me through the process. Dante did a great job with our estimate and it was obvious that he communicated everything we talked about to his team. Such a positive experience!

Everyone we dealt with was pleasant and professional. Didn't try to oversell the services.  He only advised of the various options and pricing was upfront.  The crew did a great job on a cold questionable day.  Everything looks much better than before. Left absolutely nothing behind and were very thorough.
