I am sooooooo pleased with my experience !!!!! i sent a message to the company . I also did an on-line opinion survey. I am VERY HAPPY with the sump pump placement and the installment.  The guys who came here were great. Phillip who did the electrical work was awesome. The guys that did the work to dig the trench under the house were awesome. My sump pump has been totally working its little heart out today. I wish I could have had it done 28 years ago. Thank you. I teach customer service, and Redeemers Group is the best company by far that I have run across. They have the best customer service from the front end to the back end.

I just wanted to say that the guys that came to my house to do the work underneath were wonderful. They were absolutely excellent. They were very nice guys. And so, I wanted to let you know what a great group of guys you sent me, and I sppreciate that. I also wanted to make sure my neighbor gets credit for referring me. But again, thank you for sending those three guys. They were perfect; they were such gentlemen. They were under my house, and I could hear every word they said and they were just so nice and so respectful. Kudos to them. Give them a a big raise! Thank you!

Nolan Manson did a thorough checkup on all that he could see. He was a very personable and mannerly young man. He seemed to know what he was doing and did a thorough job.

Philip King, Rafael and Danny did a great job!!! We chose Redeemers Group because our system design specialist, Wes Cordell, took the time to sit down and explain everything to us. 

I was very impressed with every team member. Tyler Snider and Nolan Manson were great. I learned more about waterproofing than I’ve ever learned in my life! The team answered all of my questions and informed me of everything that was going on during the process.

Great- they installed a sump pump and matting which would take care of of all the water and moisture I had under my house.
