This homeowner contacted Olympic Restoration Systems for a free crawl space encapsulation estimate. One of our System Designs Specialists, Ross, provided the homeowner with a free crawl space encapsulation estimate. This proposal included closing off all outside air to the crawl space, installing a drainage matting and vapor barrier, dehumidifier, and sump pump. The homeowner was pleased with the solution and proceeded with a full crawl space encapsulation from Olympic Restoration Systems.

Before we could get started encapsulating this crawl space, trenches and ditches had to be dug to allow access for our team and duct work. 

Installed WaterGuard sub-floor system. Installed WaterGuard Port for access to system. Installed SuperSump pump system with cast iron pump, liner, airtight lid with airtight floor drain, CleanPump Stand, and WaterWatch alarm system. Installed UltraSump battery back-up pumping system with charging/control box with alarm and 120 amp sealed maintenance-free battery. Properly prepared floors and then sealed them using three step process which includes PermaFlex and LRB applications. Sealed gap between the exterior wall and the newly constructed wall. including the edge of the base-plate to create a water block in
the event water enters the area in the future.

This department store recieved tremendous water damage from the winter storms in February 2021. We sent our first available team to the site with air movers and air scrubbers to immediatley start the drying process to prevent mold from growing. We also removed the lower portion of drywall and the carpet due to the extensive water damage. This job was completed in Rockwall, TX by Olympic Restoration Systems.
