This homeowner contacted Olympic Restoration Systems after several pipes burst in his home, leading to water and mold damage. After receiving confirmation of mold from a licensed mold inspector (which was from another company per state laws), one of our licensed mold remediators and Restoration Specialists, Darrin, provided a free estimate for the work to be done at the home. The homeowner accepted the proposal and our Production Team began removing all mold and water damaged property, while preserving any structures that were still usable. This customer has a basement that was leaking and had pooling water, every time it rained. They would have water pooled for days at a time. Their basement seemed to almost always have standing water in several different spots. They needed to get a resolution to prevent the water from continuing to come into their basement, and keep it dry.

Olympic Restoration Systems was contacted for an assessment of their basement. We visited the property and proposed a quote to the customer. They proceeded with basement waterproofing for their home.

The builder contacted us the 1^st time for this property to install a crawl space encapsulation for this home. That encapsulation was done last year, prior to this new customer purchasing the property. Once they moved in and settled, they decided that they wanted to have the 2^nd crawl space under their downstairs bedroom to have an encapsulation as well.

Olympic Restoration Systems was contacted for an assessment for their home. We had a Specialist visit the property and they proposed a quote to the customer. They proceeded with a 2^nd crawl space encapsulation for their home from Olympic Restoration Systems.

This customer called Olympic Restoration Systems letting us know that they were having a problem with small animals getting into one of the 2 large, different, crawl spaces that they had underneath their home. One of the crawl spaces was somewhat sealed. The customer was wanting to get some ventilation into that crawl space, because there was high humidity and some condensation down there. The 2^nd crawl space that they had, had a liner in it. The liner had been damaged. This was the crawl space that the small animals were getting into under the home. The customer said that the animals had done the damage to the liner. The customer wanted to have that damaged liner replaced. They also wanted to have something done to their crawl space to prevent the animals getting into the crawl space.

When Olympic Restoration Systems was contacted for an assessment of their crawl space, an appointment was scheduled for them. We visited the property and proposed a quote to the customer. They proceeded with a crawl space encapsulation and a radon mitigation system for the 2 different crawl spaces in their home.
