She wanted to know if the motor needed to be replaced, or just the whole sump pump just needed to be replaced.

Our customer was having an issue with mold growth due to moisture. The moisture had come from condensation that their freezers that had created. Over time the condensation seeped into the walls and mold began to multiply.
We came in and quickly removed the effected drywall and wood. We dried the area and prepared it for new drywall to be installed. Now the Customer has a healthy, non toxic environment!
This customer had a mold inspection company come after they suspected that they had mold in their home. One of the family members is highly allergic to mold. Mold was detected by this company. Seven months prior to this customer calling Olympic Restoration Systems, they had employed another restoration company for the mold remediation. They did not feel that the 1st restoration company did a sufficient job because the person that is allergic to mold was still having respiratory issues. The laundry room, where the hot water heater was located, is where the mold issue was detected. They wanted a second opinion about the original mold remediation done by the other company, so the customer called Olympic Restoration Systems because we are a licensed mold remediation company.
We scheduled an free estimate with them with our first available appointment. An Olympic Restoration Systems Specialist visited the property and proposed a quote to the customer. They proceeded with the mold remediation with Olympic Restoration Systems for their home.
