After setting an appointment, Paul, one of our expert system designers went out to the home and found water seeping into the basement through the walls. Paul completed a full inspection and presented the homeowner with a proposal and a quote. She was happy with both and decided to move forward with the work. When our Foreman, Travis, and his crew went out to fix the issue, they utilized our WaterGuard drainage solution on the floor below to ensure that any water that was collected drained to the TripleSafe Sump Pump, which was then transferred to the discharge line outside of the home.
