Warren G. of Ashburn, VA had water coming into his basement every time it rained. Tired of cleaning up the mess, he call Fortress Foundation Solutions. System Designer Todd SImmons was able to quickly diagnose the problem - a leaking wall crack - and provide the solution - a FlexiSpan. The Flexispan is a flexible sealant that will never dry or crack and ensures a waterproof seal. It also 'flexes' with the movement of the basement walls during season changes. Installer Spencer Stottlemyer was able to put up the Flexispan in a few short hours. Now Warren's basement is dry again!

This basement in Thurmont was in desperate need of some help! The old sump pump stopped working and the basement was flooding when it rained again. The walls had several ugly water stains and mold was also growing on the walls. The homeowners called Fortress Foundation Solutions to save their basement. Our System Designer went out to the home and assessed the damage. They decided that a TripleSafe Sump Pump System, a full-perimeter WaterGuard, CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, BrightWall Basement Wall Panels, and a SaniDry Sedona would be the best solution. BrightWall Panels are a rigid plastic sheeting that's attached to your basement wall by drilled-in plastic fasteners. Its bright white color maximizes the available light in your basement, creating a cheerful, clean-looking space. Our foreman went out and installed these products and ensure that this basement will stay clean and dry for years to come. 

Fortress Foundation Solutions installed a perimeter WaterGuard system and a TripleSafe Sump Pump System with an external discharge.

The basement of this home in Manassas had a repeated issue with water intrusion, causing water damage to the walls and baseboards. The homeowner reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions to get this problem solved.

After having a System Designer out to assess this basement and determine the best solution, Fortress sent our Foreman Jacob and his crew out to do the job. They installed our WaterGuard System along the perimeter basement walls, along with a SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System. These products will work together to keep this basement dry by catching any water seepage before it ever reaches the basement floor, and then pumping it out of the home and into the yard. This homeowner will never have to worry about a wet basement again!

Our WaterGuard System is designed to capture any wall or floor seepage before it reaches the basement floor, any water will then drain to the Super Sump and be pumped out of the home. These products will work together to ensure that this homeowner will no longer have to worry about a wet basement!
