Fortress Foundation Solutions installed a perimeter WaterGuard System, TripleSafe Sump Pump System with an external discharge, and installed GeoLock Wall Anchors for foundation stabilization. We were also able to use the GeoLock Wall Anchors to stabalize a retaining wall supporting the customer's driveway.

Theresa I. of Ellicott City, MD, wanted to finish her basement for added living space. However, water coming in had made this impossible. She called Fortress Foundation Solutions for a free estimate to get her basement waterproofed. After meeting with System Designer Riley Ethier, and having all her questions answered, she was ready for a dry basement! It was important to her to have the sump pump out of sight, so Riley found the perfect place - under the stairs! Now all of the basement can be used for added living space. Our system designers and crews work hard to accommodate customer's wants and needs as often as possible. Nick Mori and his crew took care of Theresa's home by installing a WaterGuard drainage system and Triple Safe Sump Pump. All water entering the basement will flow into the WaterGuard, will be gravity fed to the sump pump where it will be pumped out and away from the home. The Triple Safe has a battery back up and will continue to pump even if the power goes out. Now Theresa's basement is a dry, blank slate for her to finish the space she has been dreaming about!

Fortress Foundation Solutions installed a Super Sump Plus sump pump with WaterGuard to prevent futher flooding in the basement.

This customer was tired of dealing with her moldy, musty crawl space. After doing her research online, she found Fortress Foundation Solutions and called to schedule her FREE inspection! Our system designer, Chris, went out to her property and came up with a proposal and quote. The customer was happy and decided to move forward with the work. A few weeks later one of our crews went out and installed our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System in the crawl space. This customer is thrilled to have her home protected from moisture and mold!

Stacey called Fortress after noticing moisture in her crawl space. Concerned for safety of her home she reached out for a free estimate. We sent Brandon, one of our system designers out to take a look and come up with a plan. Noticing high humidity and moisture in the crawl space, Brandon proposed a full crawl space encapsulation and de-humidification. Stacey was glad that there was a solution to her issues and was happy to move forward.

A few weeks later our crew went out and installed our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier system to the crawl space, along with a Sedona SaniDri Dehumidifier to seal out dirt and moisture from the crawl space for good.
