This customer was having multiple issues in his crawlspace, so he called Fortress Foundation Solutions for a free estimate on the repair. We sent out our System Designer, Caleb Stone, to take a look, and after a thorough inspection, he designed a solution and gave the owner a quote. Shortly after the owner accepted the proposal, our Foreman, Charlie Evans, and his crew went out to do the project. After removing some debris, and mold with our Mold-X2, they installed some of our Push Piers to raise and correct the foundation of the house, and sealed the cracks with our NexusPro Crack Sealant. They then installed our SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier for the moisture in the air, our SilverGlo Insulation on the walls, and our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier along the ground to make sure the crawlspace stays dry. Our customer loved the result!

No problem if your home is too small, or too big! This homeowner called and informed us of a musty smell coming from their crawlspace, and whenever our System Designer, Eddie Salido, went down there, he found that it would have a quick and easy fix!

Soon after, our Foreman, AJ Looney, went down into the crawlspace and laid down gravel around the door of the crawlspace to allow drainage, then installed our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier to ensure that the crawlspace stays dry and tidy!

Mrs. Johnson called Fortress Foundation Solutions to come out and provide a free inspection and estimate to encapsulate her home's crawl space. She had noticed musty smells in her home for a while but was unable to figure out why. She read online that moisture and humidity in crawl spaces could be the cause and decided to get it checked out.

Danny, one of our expert System Designers, went out to Mrs. Johnson's property to perform an inspection and concluded that her crawl space was suffering from high humidity, moisture, and organic growth, all contributing to the musty smell she had been noticing. He presented these findings to Mrs. Johnson, along with a proposal to fix the issues he had found. Mrs. Johnson was happy with our offerings and decided to move forward with the recommended work.

One of our crews was then scheduled to go out and do a full encapsulation of the crawl space. We utilized our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System, which starts off with our Delta Drainage Matting and is then covered by the CleanSpace barrier. Mrs. Johnson also elected to install one of our Sedona Dehumidifiers to fully protect her crawl space from moisture and humidity.
