The Pauley family from Danville, Virginia sought our expertise due to a persistently damp and unhealthy crawl space. As seen in the before photo, moisture issues were evident. This house had cracking walls, bowing floors, and a dirty crawlspace. Fortress solved this problem by installing SmartJacks to stabalize the floor and stop the wall cracks. FOrtress also encapsulated the crawlspace with CleanSpace to keep the crawlspace clean and dry.

This customer came to Fortress Foundation Solutions with a previous encapsulation that was improperly installed. They had recurring  flooding and mold in their crawl space.  Fortress came in to rake, level, and properly install a CleanSpace liner in the customer's crawl space to ensure there would be no more mold and flooding.
