This crawlspace in Lynchburg was leaking and moldy. The dirt floor was covered in a thin layer of plastic that did not stop water and mud from getting in. The insulation was damp and falling down. This Radcliff Ave, Lynchburg, VA homeowner had a damp and dirty crawl space enticing to a family of ground hogs who had moved in. When the homeowner called Fortress Foundation Solutions for a free estimate, system designer, Eddie Salido was happy to provide a complete inspection and proposal. Eager to move forward, the ground hogs were evicted, and foreman Warren Dickerson and his crew were soon onsite. They set to work removing the old, damp insulation, installing EZ flow drainage directing all water into the Triple Safe Sump Pump, drainage matting, CleanSpace vapor barrier and a Sanidry Sedona dehumidifier. Now the crawl space is clean and usable for extra storage with no unwanted tenants!
