This home had a small crawlspace which would have standing water when it rained heavily. We completed a full Crawlspace encapsulation with a Sedona dehumidifier and Mold X to remove mold that has been growing on the joists. 

Fortress Foundation Solutions installed CleanSpace liner, FoamMax insulation, SaniDry dehumidifier, and TripleSafe sump pump with external discharge. 

The crawl space of this home in Grottoes was wet and musty, and really needed some help!

This crawlspace in Grottoes was leaking and moldy. The dirt floor was covered in a thin layer of plastic that did not stop water and mud from getting in. The insulation was damp and falling down.
