The crawl space of this home in Broadway was wet and musty, and needed some help!

Our System Designer went out to assess this crawl space and recommended installing a complete CleanSpace Encapsulation, along with a SmartSump Crawl Space Sump Pump System, and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. These products will work together to keep all water and moisture out of the crawl space, and keep that area dry!

This home had a small crawlspace which would have standing water when it rained heavily. We completed a full Crawlspace encapsulation with a Sedona dehumidifier and Mold X to remove mold that has been growing on the joists.
