William reached out to Fortress after noticing some sagging in his living room floor. We sent out Eddie, one of our System Designers to provide a FREE inspection on Williams home. Eddie found that the crawl space was suffering from high humidity, causing the beams to become saturated with moisture and begin to sag. We utilized our SmartJack system for this project & a supplemental steal beam to lift and prevent further sagging of the floors.

This home in Lexington, Virginia was experiencing a bowing wall due to the home being built on a steep hill. Fortress Foundation Solutions installed our Carbon Armor straps to stabilize and support the walls, and also to prevent any further movement. 

This house in Lexington had a large cracks due to sinking and settling. Thankfully the homeowners called Fortress before it was too late! Fortress installed Push Piers underneath the foundation to lift, support, and stabilize it. Now the homeowner can rest easy knowing their house isn't going anywhere!

Two walls in this home required Carbon Armor wall support straps to keep the wall stable and to prevent any further deflection. 

This home required Power Braces on two walls of their basement to keep the wall secure and stabilized.
