This home has been in the family for over 35 years! System Designer, Chris Wilmouth, came out to meet with the home owners to hear their concerns and inspect their home to see how we could help provide a permanent solution for their home's foundation to ensure it continues to stay in the family for many generations to come. 

Andre Luck (Lucky) and his crew completed the installation of 22 Smart Jack floor supports to ensure this would be brought back to its original location and provide this family with peace of mind knowing their home's foundation isn't going to fail overtime. 

Jerome was dealing with two major basement issues in his Charlottesville home. Pressure from the surrounding soil had caused one of the basement walls to begin bowing inward, while water intrusion was creating additional concerns about the condition of the foundation.

To address both problems, Cope and his crew installed our WaterGuard® Basement Waterproofing System along with 12 CarbonArmor® Wall Reinforcing Straps. The WaterGuard® system helps keep the basement dry by capturing and directing water away, while the CarbonArmor® straps stabilize the wall and help prevent further inward movement

This basement in Charlottesville had a bowing wall with cracks that were allowing water to leak in. Fortress solved this issue by installing several CarbonArmor  Straps along the wall to stabilize the foundation.

This home in Charlottesville had several stair-step cracks along the outside walls of the house. These cracks were cause by the house sinking and settling. Fortress helped this family out by installing several Push Piers along the outside of the the house to support and stabilize the foundation. Fortress dug a trench around the house, installed the Push Piers, then covered them back up. Pier installations are great for many homeowners because they are not visible after the installation.

This homeowner in Charlottesville called Fortress Foundation Solutions because they had water intrusion in their crawl space, and the floors in their home had started to sag. 

After explaining all the issues they were having over the phone, we sent one of our System Designers, Scott Llewellyn, out to take a look. He recommended our SmartJack Crawl Space Support System, along with a SmartSump sump pump.

This system provides solid support for undersized beams and restores stability and straightness to sagging floor joists in a crawl space. The sump pump will work to keep the crawl space dry, preventing future water damage.
