Cope, Jeremy, and Ricky are an extremely professional crew with obvious expertise. They communicated every aspect of our basement water intrusion motivation clearly and walked us through the project at multiple phases of construction. The crew was very prompt and they were able to complete the job ahead of schedule. Fortress Foundation provided us peace of mind in mitigating water intrusion in our basement. Very professional and honest people. They do great work and on a timely manner. If you ever need any foundation, waterproofing, concrete leveling, or electrical or plumbing work done, yes they have an electrical department and plumbing as well which makes it awesome for a one stop shop! If you're having problems in any of those areas you should give them a call for a fast free estimate.

Minnie is an amazing receptionist! She went back and forth between phone calls just to get me a recommendation on a masonry project truly amazing customer service and I really appreciated how helpful and kind she is!!!!

We were very pleased from the original contact with Kevin to the installation with Cope, Jeremy, and Ricky. We were so impressed with all the time Kevin talked with us, answering all our questions and concerns There were on time, wrapped a covering, were polite and did all that was explained. We would highly recommend them.

I had my dehumidifer installation set for next week, but Kevin called to see if we could schedule it earlier because it was getting warmer outside—grateful he thought of that! He also put the unit in a better location near the drain. Kevin was quick, kind, and explained the service/warranty/what to look for if the unit has problems.

Kevin came to our house today to maintenance our sump pump, he was exceptional to say the least. He gave up his Saturday to accommodate with our busy schedule. What I enjoyed the most was talking sports and wrestling with Kevin. He’s a 70s baby just like myself. Only problem was Kevin is a Duke fan and I’m UNC all day, but we made it work . Look forward to seeing Kevin again next year

Was super impressed with Riley Ethier from Fortress Foundation Solutions. We needed an estimate for a foundation problem on my Mom's house. Riley showed up right on time and went right to work. We were having a work day at the house and people were coming thru to look at the home for purchase but Riley worked in between all the chaos. Very professional and provided a detailed estimate. He was able to educate us via a computer program that was a big help as well. THANK YOU

The crew was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable. The price was very reasonable. They did the work efficiently and tested everything before they left. They minimized the dust and cleaned very well afterwards. They made it much easier for me. I would highly recommend anyone who needs basement or crawlspace work to use fortress foundation solutions. They are top notch, and you will not be disappointed. if I could give them more than five stars, I would.

Jeremy Vest did an excellent job. Was here early and went over everything and then at the end thoroughly explained the work that was accomplished. Nathan, Nick & Dakota were the installation crew. They were all very friendly, courteous & professional. They did a great job with the installation, even finished the job a day ahead of what was scheduled. Really looking forward to no more leaky basement, thanks !!!

The  entire company was great, but the crew was amazing, knowledgeable and super helpful. Very attentive to everything and answered all my questions. My wife and 6 month old daughter were upstairs the entire time and we were impressed with how "quiet" the install went. The crew cleaned up so well, you wouldn't have known they were there... I am highly satisfied and pleased with everything - 10 out of 10!
