I received several preparatory phone call reminders and the two guys who did the install were well prepared and professional. Price was reasonable compared to other estimates I received and considering the equipment and materials needed. Work done in less time than estimated.

Adam adjusted his schedule to squeeze me in a week early because of a time crunch I was in for a basement project I had going on. Adam was professional and a breath of fresh air to talk to after the previous companies I had dealt with that all sounded like used car salesmen and tried to sell me something before ever even looking at my problem. Adam was the complete opposite and actually took the time to listen to me and inspect my situation. Although I didn’t end up needing to use their services at this time, Adam has secured me as a customer when that time comes.

"Todd was honest and forthright on the assessment of the project. He provided a few options of what Fortress Foundations could provide and walked me through my concerns. I have an older house with a dug-out crawl space. We ultimately decided to not install a new system and identified other mitigation measures.
