This company is awesome! Rosalino and his crew are a well trained, hard working and efficient team. We own a duplex. We had groundwater seeping under and through the foundation wall under one unit and standing water and mold issues under both units. They installed sump pumps and interior perimeter piping, treated all surfaces for mold, did a full encapsulation of each crawl space and added a dehumidifier in each one. Ahead of schedule! They were polite, professional, very knowledgeable and worked well together. They worked hard! Rosalino, the Foreman, called me with an ETA each morning. He checked in each morning and afternoon and throughout the day to get my input and answer any questions we had. No, it wasn’t cheap, but I think it was a sound investment. We, and our renter who has severe asthma, will literally and figuratively breathe easier now that this project is complete. Thank you RDBS.

We greatly appreciated that you were able to move up out install date. When we called, flooding was everywhere and other companies weren't answering their phones, but you did, and set up a consult for us. Zach was friendly, courteous, well-spoken, explained things well, enthusiastic, neat, and professional appearance - ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT!   Daniel was very courteous and respectful, and let us know exactly when the crew would arrive and what they'd do. When we had an unexpected snow, he called to let us know the crew would be here. The cleanup was excellent! Spotless!   We couldn't find any other company to call us back due to widespread flooding, then, coincidentally, my husband had his annual medical checkup, and it turns out you'd done work for our doctor, and he said you were excellent!

The crew (Daniel, Rosalino, and Juan) were wonderful, clean up was great. Took great care with my property. Completely satisfied – and very pleased. Dan insisted on being complete, so we understood the problem fully. We thought we had a mold problem – and definitely had a smelly basement (in the house we had just purchased). The photos that Nathan took showed that we also had rats in the crawl space. Dan’s presentation was complete and logical even though we were a bit skeptical. We are surprised and delighted with the transformation in our new recreation room. It is dry and comfortable now. Office staff was very friendly and informative, good pre-work communication. Zach thoroughly explained all options/answered questions. Mkoma, Robert, and Cameron had excellent communication and attention to detail, working with us on drain pipe location. Clean-up was 5/5, including driveway wash-down with hose.  I chose to work with Rainy Day because of the comprehensive solution instead of band-aid fix.

Now I have no problem being in that space at all. The incredible transformation is stunning and we were actually speechless to be honest. Our home was built in the 1920s, and when dealing with an older home, you always run up against more things than you do in new construction. Daniel handled this beautifully, did amazing work, and all with a smile. Jean-Paul took the time to explain everything in detail, wonderful! Daniel & Rosalino went above & beyond. Cleanup was left better than they found it! :)
