The office staff is always helpful and friendly!  Bill is friendly and seems to really know his stuff.  He answers all our questions and he remembers the system from the last appointments.  The clean up was great and no mess was left behind.  We really like that out tech is the same each time.  We feel that we get better service that way.  He knows the history of our system!

The office staff is very polite. The neighbors saw the work being done and I received many compliments and had people write down Badger Basements number for their use in the future! The crew was friendly and easy to talk to.  They are a great team and very hard working!

I always appreciate the office staff who can answer my question and the in-house visits.  The guys inform me of what I need to know and are so polite.    My sink faucet leaks a little and he cleaned it up. 

Technician was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.  We would like to request him for next time too!

Carmen filled out her post installation survey and one of the things that stuck out most was that she really appreciate that our Sales Specalist was not pushy and he was very informative. She also noted that we met and exceeded all her expectations she appreciated all the email and letter reminders that we send out, these helped keep her informed of her project!
