I contacted BB to help with a leaky basement. The company responded promptly, informed me prior to the sales rep showing up. The sales rep was professional and prompt. He knew exactly what our basement needed. The crew did a fantastic job. We were estimated a day and a half. The job was done in 4 hrs. Regarding the cleanup process: What mess?
