This customer has needed a few different projects done at his home through out the last decade. Most recently he had a crack in the foundation that was leaking. We were able to get out quickly and repair this for him. He was very appreciative of our quick jump to action to help him and was even more appreciative of the crew that was out and explained the process before during and after installation. He had a question the next day and called the Foreman who reached back out to him right away.

Can’t say enough good about Jordan.  Badger Basement Systems has and outstanding employee with a great crew.  The cleanup was amazing!! We had the unfortunate luck to have the concrete floor crack, but it was handled in an outstanding manner.  Again, Jordan came and went over the top to get it all resolved.

The sales representative was nice and low pressure.  We chose Badger Basement because our son in law said, "Don't even bother getting other estimates."  The crew was very nice and courteous.  We really liked the person who gave us the estimate.  He was very nice.  He did not try to talk us into more than we wanted. 

The office staff is very friendly.  Bill always does a great job when he comes out.  He is very kind and takes time to listen and answer.  He has helped me solve an issue with my sumps and helped save a lot of money on my end when he didn’t have to.  Thanks Bill!

Willy was very informative, he knew his stuff and provided a pleasant and relaxed presentation. I selected Badger Basement because everyone I mentioned them to said "oh they do good work" plus they are an established company. The job appears to be done very well, the concrete work is excellent. Everything was very tidy!

Just a line to say how much Marti and I enjoy the Sani Dry Basement air drying system. Our whole house stays dry and comfortable all year long and Marti is so happy not to empty the dehumidifier anymore.
