We permanently stabilized this cabin's sinking foundation by installing helical piers to transfer the weight of the home to load-bearing soil or bedrock. They were even able to lift the cabin back to its original position, ridding of any sign that there was ever a foundation problem to begin with!

This crawlspace had a lot of water in it and high moisture levels. To eliminate these problems we installed our SmartPipe Waterproofing System for the water coming in and our SaniDry dehumidifier for the moisture. 

A client called in needing support redone on their shed due to the ground settling. We installed a foundation pier system for permanent stabilization.

We permanently stabilized this home's sagging floors with the SmartJack Floor Stabilizing System. These galvanized piers immediately stopped any signs of settlement and were even able to lift the floors above back to their original position!

This moldy crawl space once had a thin, flimsy plastic liner that did nothing to protect the home from the water vapor beneath it. However, after calling the experts (us!), we were able to replace that flimsy liner with our powerful, 20 mil thick CleanSpace liner. Not only is it manufactured in 7 layers for optimal brute tear resistance, puncture resistance, and flexibility, but its antimicrobial protection helps discourage microbial growth as well. It permanently separates the earth from the home, helping the home stay dry and healthy for many more years to come.
