A recent client called in concerned about having uneven floors. Moisture changes and natural forces cause floor joists to sag and bend. The SmartJack system stabilizes those crawlspace floor joists and beams with the ability to support loads far greater than just what the common floor columns can. These heavy-duty, adjustable,  galvanized steel columns are the long term solution for floor support.

Because of floor squeaking, a client was looking for some crawlspace support. SmartJacks were installed around the perimeter of the crawlspace re-elevating the joists to their original placement with galvanized steel and aluminum footings.

A recent customer had concerns regarding uneven floors and not having enough floor support in the crawlspace. In order to permanently stabilize their sagging floors, we installed the SmartJack System. This ideal system stabilizes crawlspace beams and floor joists reducing floor "bounce" and lifts floors back to their original elevation.

Due to concerns regarding uneven floor joists and squeaking flooring, a client gave us a call for our opinion. We found that there was an uneven elevation in the crawlspace. Using galvanized steel columns and aluminum footings, a number of SmartJacks with a beam were installed to redistribute the weight of the home.
