The Homeowner of this Phoenix home was concerned about their cracking stem wall. Most stem walls fail because the rebar inside oxidizes. This oxidization causes expansion and cracks which gradually grows and worsens over time. Our crew replaced the rebar with our non-ferrous composite.
An area of this home's concrete stem wall began to crack & flake in areas. We were able to repair the problem with our trusted composite concrete repair system.
We were called out to the Fisher home to check out their foundation, because it seemed that an addition on their home seemed to be settling. Ryan Tracey had determined that in order to stabilize the foundation of the home and prevent it from settling further, we needed to put 2 helical piers to lift the addition. CRACK FILL - Clean out existing slab crack. Fill with a rigid 2 part poly. Clean up and remove all debris.
