The owners of this 1985 single-family home in Fountain Hills, AZ reached out to Arizona Foundation Solutions after noticing cracks in the home's concrete stem wall.  Upon inspection, there were areas of concrete flaking, spalling, and crumbling.

This Chandler single-family home has an area of stem wall that began to flake and spall.  We installed a composite stem wall repair system!

The stem wall at the Chandler home began to flacking and cracking. This was due to the rebar becoming oxidized and weakening the concrete around it. We came in and installed our patented non-ferrous composite.

Once moisture gets inside the concrete it is only a matter of time before the rebar inside oxidizes and weakens surrounding concrete. This is exactly what happened at this Chandler home. Our crew cut out the existing rebar and replaced it with our patented non-ferrous composite. 

This mid-90s Chandler home has a stem wall that was showing signs of failure. The stem wall failed due to moisture in the concrete that cause the rebar inside to oxidize.
