Before & After Photos

When these homeowners called Crawl Space Solutions of Arkansas, they were desperate for help. A company had come out to "level" their home and things were worse now than they had been before! When our System Design Specialist, Jack arrived to perform the inspection, the homeowners knew they had contacted the right people. Jack answered their questions, designed a solution to their foundation problems, and put their minds at ease. We don't level houses; we make homes more structurally sound!

This customer had a flooding problem in their crawl space. They called the experts from Crawl Space Solutions of Arkansas, who determined that the best way to keep the water and moisture out was putting in a drainage system and a sump pump.

We came in and installed a Drainage Matting liner  SmartSump.  This barrier keeps moisture, and pests out of your crawl space. The customers can now rest assured they have a healthy crawl space, therefore a healthy home.

Dirt crawl spaces do not have to be wet or flooded to be extremely unhealthy. Due to the high humidity levels in a dirt crawl space, cool surfaces such as the earth at 55 degrees, concrete and metal surfaces will sweat with water vapor condensing out of the air. This causes rot, smells, and is a water source for critters.

When this homeowner called our office, they had been dealing with multiple feet of standing water in the basement of the home. Our Design Specialist went out and together with the homeowner developed a plan to solve this issue, for good. Our crew went in and installed a WaterGuard Drainage System as well as a TripleSafe Sump Pump system.  To further keep moisture and mold from growing in the space, we installed our CleanSpace Wall System.
