This basement was having issues with moisture and a bowing wall. The homeowner was feeling really overwhelmed by all of this, so she gave us a call at CrawlSpace Solutions of Arkansas!

We managed the moisture in the space by installing a TripleSafe Sump Pump System and CleanSpace Wall System. CleanSpace will capture any water seeping from the walls and drain it to the TripleSafe to be removed from the basement. We stabilized the bowing foundation wall with a PowerBrace Wall System. This system is made up of steel i-beams that are installed against the troubled wall and secured to the floor joists. The PowerBrace System can be tightened over time to help straighten the wall. This system is a permanent solution for leaning foundation walls.

This basement is now dry, stable, and protected! The homeowner couldn't be happier about that!

Water was getting into this basement a bit too frequently for the homeowner's liking. They reached out to us to see if we could help waterproof their space. We were very happy they called because we are the waterproofing experts, and we love helping people solve their wet basement problems!

We solved their moisture issues by installing a SuperSump sump pump, WaterGuard Drainage System, and CleanSpace Wall System!

When these homeowners noticed bricks cracking on their home, they decided to call Crawl Space Solutions of Arkansas. Our System Design Specialist, Jack designed a solution that would raise their sinking foundation and stop the crack in the brick. Now, their foundation is back where it's supposed to be!

These homeowners were very concerned about the foundation of their home. There were cracks in the bricks outside and cracks in the wall outside. Our System Design Specialist, Chris came out to inspect their home and help them make their home more structurally sound. Our SmartJacks to support the interior, and our Foundation Piers to rest below the footers and support the home on the outside! The homeowners are loving the results!

When water started seeping into the sanctuary of this church in Lockesburg, the members decided something needed to be done, and soon! They called Crawl Space Solutions of Arkansas for help and our System Design Specialist; Jack came out to see what we could do. After inspecting the foundation issues they were having, he designed a solution that would keep the water out. The church loved it and decided to move forward!
