The SmartJack crawl space stabilizer is a supplemental support system for crawl space applications. The SmartJack effectively supports sagging beams and floor joist caused by:

• Length of span greater than spanning capability of the members
• Floor load added construction, exceeding design values
• The weakening of members over time due to high moisture and rot

The dimples allow better conductivity for water to get to the perimeter drainage or sump pump located in the lowest spot of the crawl space.
