Our highly trained Design Specialist, Jack, inspected the crawl space and the homeowners chose to have our SmartSump, Ez Flow Drainage System, Drainage Matting, and the SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier installed in their crawl space to help make it cleaner, drier, and healthier!

This Crawl Space was nasty, there was mold growing on the floor and there was nothing to protect the home from being affected by this mold just sitting under the home. To solve the problem a SaniDry Sedona, a SmartSump, and a CleanSpace liner were in stalled to protect this home.

Our Design Specialist, Curtis, spoke with the homeowner and inspected the crawl space. They agreed the best way to solve his problems was a complete crawl space encapsulation.

Thomas and his crew began by grading the crawl space and wrapping the piers with Wallie. Wallie is a 12-mil thick liner designed to direct condensation from the masonry to below the Drainage Matting. The dimpled Drainage Matting is installed to create a space for water to drain, and the CleanSpace Liner, a 20-mil thick blend of high-density and low-density polyethylene, is rolled out to isolate the home from the earth and create a brighter environment. The powerful and Entergy Star rated SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier is installed to remove excess humidity in the air, and the encapsulation is complete.

The home is drier and healthier, and the homeowner is much happier!
