Respiratory medical issues made your product a felt need that we may not have otherwise sought. The presentation of your service after a free evaluation of our crawl space was very attractive. Several calls to your office with questions were handled very professionally. (I confess to have even once or twice thought that "This is looking too good!") The installation crew did an excellent job and were quite congenial. Your follow-up was above and beyond. Your price was very fair. We thank you very much. Besides leaving us with a product that is high quality, you have generated a lot of good will here.
