I run a business myself and am well aware of the choice between cutting corners to try and increase profitability versus having a no-compromise commitment to pursuing excellence with every job you do. Curtis is a foreman that is committed to excellence because it is part of his core values and work ethic, and that has made all the difference. It's difficult to explain how it feels as a homeowner to put your life savings into a home and discover that cracks and damage are slowly appearing throughout the home both inside and out. It's even worse once you discover it is slowly sinking into soil that is not properly compacted and the damage could be incalculable. Junior Garcia and his team of Alphonso, Romeo and Gabriel were just great to work with. Junior had an instant understanding of our problem, and developed a terrific solution. This is heavy work, and they were careful with the surrounding landscaping, leaving everything as if they were never there. When you think about it, that is pretty remarkable. Junior in particular is highly competent, caring and responsive. He spent a lot of time walking me through their progress and work.   Our experience with Saber was great from start to finish. We discovered cracks in our slab foundation when starting renovations, and contacted a few companies. Saber gave a great price -- although it seemed higher than a different company's quote, it was per pier and not per foot down the pier had to be pushed. Joe and his crew did a really amazing job putting in the piers. He's easily the most professional contractor I've worked with. He communicates what is going on at each stage of the project and encourages questions (and for us to watch/video what they're doing). He really cared about making sure our daily lives had a minimal disruption from their work.Andrew and crew oversaw the concrete replacement, and I was again impressed by the team's professionalism and quality of work.Overall Saber made the process easy and understandable, and I'm very happy I chose to work with them.
