There was some lack of communication between Alex and David about where the pump should drain in the yard, and there were some questions for me that I wasn't sure how to answer.
Too soon to know yet how well the new drain and pump will work.
He had some questions for me that I was not sure how to answer -- seems like there was some confusion in the written instructions after the initial inspection.
The crew left a lot of debris in the yard that could have proved hazardous to my toddler if she got into it so a bit more cleanup would have been better.
