The floor of this home was too high in some areas. We replaced some of the existing posts with our SmartJack Adjustable Steel Posts Assemblies which allowed us to lower the floor.

This customer, located in Santa Clara, came to us with concerns of his back property foundation wall cracking on one side. By applying Carbon Armor and epoxy to the cracked foundation, we were able to seal it. Carbon Armor is ten times stronger than steel and it is flexible enough to contour tightly against walls. Carbon Armor's purpose is to prevent the foundation from cracking like it did before we were called. 

This customer, located in Santa Clara, came to us with concerns regarding settling issues with his foundation. 

Our Structural Consultant, Steve Mack, came to evaluate their situation. The home had settling and cracking issues in the

foundation and interior walls with downhill settlement over -7 inches in some areas and some lateral movement in the structure. Solving these issues would include stabilizing and lifting the foundation walls by installing our push pier system vertically into the Earth until it reached bedrock and to add additional steel where needed to support cracks in the foundation.
