This customer, located in Fremont, came to us regarding concerns about cracks in his foundation. By applying Carbon Armor and epoxy to the foundation, we were able to seal the cracks. The purpose of Carbon Armor in this application is to prevent the foundation from cracking in the affected area. 

After just buying this home in Fremont, the new homeowner knew that there were some foundation issues that needed to be addressed. Our initial inspection of the property showed that the rear-right side of the home was sinking away from the rest of the foundation. To fix this, we installed push piers beneath the foundation vertically into the Earth until they reached bedrock, allowing the home to be lifted and rest on a stronger strata of soil to prevent it from sinking any further.
