A Before and After of a Crawl Space transformation we did in Shingle Springs. The homeowner had been complaining of pooling water in their crawl space. First we installed our CleanSpace Moisture Barrier to kept the ground, the support posts, and the foundation dry from storm water that had been sneaking it's way into the crawl space. Second, we installed our SmartSump Sump Pump to collect the water and send it into the backyard of the home, where it belongs.

This homeowner loved their house, but always thought there was something missing. Being an old house, a lot of the concrete had gotten old and worn thin. They wanted all of the old concrete replaced, and they wanted to add more concrete to several areas to create a walkway and a porch. This being such a large project it needed the right team to complete.

Stephen Mack got to the house and knew how to proceed with this massive undertaking. He knew exactly how concrete ought to be poured, where there should be a slope, how much rebar should be used, and any other information that the customers wanted to know before beginning the project. Stephen was knowledgeable about the product and the process and was able to find the best solution for what they wanted for their home.

When the day finally came for Concrete Foreman Angel Calderon to go to the job, he had everything that he could possibly need. Angel and his crew spent the next couple of weeks preparing the areas and laying the rebar to be ready for pouring concrete. Angel and his crew were thorough and efficient in their work until the day finally came to pour the concrete itself. Everything went completely fine and Angel was able to smooth and spread the concrete to its perfect position.

All in all, the whole team of Foundation Repair of CA was able to assess what the customer wanted and were able to precisely pinpoint what the best solution would be.
