Before & After Photos

The Before Picture shows a void that has formed under a Foundation. This void, and others are weakening this Foundation, and causing it to sink.

The After Picture shows a installed Push Pier. The Piers are pressurized. They Lift and strengthen the sinking areas.

The Before Picture Shows a Floor, without support, that is sagging.

The After Picture Shows The Floor now being Supported by Smart Jacks.

In the before photo, you can see that the concrete stairs located in the back patio in a Los Angeles home has an enormous crack. This is from voids underneath where the concrete was poured. The concrete has settled in the void and has caused the concrete to be uneven and cracked. The after photo shows the final result after the concrete was stabilized by our PolyLevel solutions paired with our state-of-the-art NexusPro Sealant.

The After Picture shows the Torqued Helical Post, that is being Pressurized. The excess Post will be Removed, so that this pier can be covered with dirt.

This home in Los Angeles, California, was showing serious signs of settlement issues.  Saber was contracted to fix the foundation.  The push pier system was used to compete the job.  In these photos you can see the pier set up for the lift of the property and then once the lift is complete and the hoses are removed the pier is not a permeant fixture at the footing of the foundation.  Once the void is filled with PolyLEVEL™ the hole will be backfilled and the cleanup will begin and the project will be complete.  The homeowner will no longer see the signs of settlement, as the cracks will have closed and the doors and windows that once were hard to open and close, will now open and close with ease.
