A rainy winter led to wet crawl space for this homeowner.  Norcal Foundation Support offered a solution by installing drainage with the use of SmartPipe and a SmartPump sump pump. Then, reducing moisture by encapsulating the area using our CleanSpace system of drainage matting and liner.

Ron A. from Sacramento was looking for a way to keep his crawl space dry.  Ron searched the web and reached out to NorCal Foundation Support. Since Ron is a homeowner, he was able to make an appointment for a free inspection and estimate on his crawl space.  

Shortly after he had reached out to NorCal Foundation Support. Ron was told that our CleanSpace system would be an excellent solution for all of his crawl space problems. 

A SmartDrain was installed to identify any water leaks. The CleanSpace encapsulation system  was installed in the crawl space and wrapped around the piers to create insulation as well as keep the space clean and the humidity regulated. Installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System comes with the extra bonus of noticeably warmer floors which lowers heating bills.  

Ron is happy with this solution because his crawl space is now accessible, dry, and clean!

Mel H. from Wilton was looking for a way to prevent water build up in her crawlspace.  Mel reached out to NorCal Foundation Support  and found out that because Mel is a  homeowner, she was able to make an appointment for a free inspection and estimate on her crawl space.  

Shortly after reaching out to NorCal Foundation Support,  Mel was told that our SmartPump and pipe system would be an excellent solution for collecting the standing water in her crawl space.  This suggested system would discharge it through the SmartSump which would then expel the excess water outside of the crawlspace.  

Mel agreed to the suggested solution and is happy that she did. Now she can rest assured water will not be building up under her house!

Homeowner replaced wooden posts in crawl space with steel Smart Jacks to stabilize and support floor.

Her appointment with the Solution Design Specialist from NorCal Foundation Support followed shortly after her call.  She was informed during the appointment that the floors of her house could be stabilized permanently with SmartJacks. 

This process would even out, lift, and stabilize the houses floors. Elizabeth thought that the SmartJacks sounded like the perfect solution to fix to her floors. The SmartJacks would lift the floors back to being level and keep them level. 

Elizabeth is now extremely happy with her house.  She feels good knowing her floors will be supported by the installed SmartJacks for years to come.
