The homeowner wanted to replace wooden posts with our heavy duty steal Smart Jacks to provide stability and support for the home.

This San Ramon homeowner was concerned about the cracks appearing around the foundation of their home.  Brett, our Structural Design Specialist, provided a solution using our Carbon Armor wall reinforcement system.   

John M. in San Ramon noticed his floors were crooked and creaking. While searching for solutions he found and contacted NorCal Foundation Support. 

Our design specialist came out and found that the old jacks under his house were bending and rusting. John was informed that his floors could be stabilized with a replacement of the rusting jacks with smart jacks which would address his concerns with the floors.  John agreed that the smart jacks sounded exactly like what he needed and would be an ideal solution. 

John is now extremely happy with his house. He feels good knowing his floors will  be supported by the installed smart jacks for years to come.

Jonathan E. from Antioch noticed his floors were sagging. Shortly after his decision to fix his floors, he called to make an appointment with NorCal Foundation Support.

His appointment followed shortly after his call. He was informed by the System Design Specialist during the appointment that the floors of his house could be stabilized with SmartJacks. The installation of SmartJacks would even out, lift, and stabilize the house's floors in the needed areas.
