Then he installed Zen Walls throughout the basement, which prevent air and moisture from flowing into the basement space, and add give the room a clean, finished look. In this case, that sump pump was our most reliable pump, the TripleSafe. The TripleSafe includes a primary pump, a secondary pump that kicks in when the pump has to deal with heavy leaks, and a battery powered backup pump that is ready to take over in the case of a power outage. Finally, he installed Zen Walls throughout the basement, which prevent air and moisture from flowing into the basement space, and give the room a clean, finished look. The homeowner was pleased with the results, and happy to find peace of mind in knowing that his basement is well protected against water leaks.

A homeowner in Marlborough, CT was getting water seepage in their basement. They called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find a permanent solution. We sent out our Sales Consultant, Thomas Woods, to the home to assess the issues a propose a waterproofing job. 

One of our Foremen, Vic Varela, and his crew installed this project. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the perimeter to collect water. Then our TripleSafe sump pump will take that collected water and pump it safely out of the home. Our CleanSpace vapor barrier was installed along the walls. Now this entire basement is protected from water and moisture, keeping it dry all the time. 

Water used to collect in this Bolton, CT garage every time it rained. The old drainage system was inneffective, and kept clogging. We replaced it with our WaterGuard perimeter drain and the SuperSump sump pump. The SuperSump, featured in the After picture, can pump 2,500 gallons of water per hour out of the basement. After we waterproofed their garage, the homeowners were confident that their house would stay dry even during the most severe rainstorms.

A basement window's job is to let natural light in and beatify the basement. However, water, leaves, and dirt used to collect in this basement window well, making it a disadvantage to the basement rather than an asset.
