Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Hebron called us and said they had a shifting and settling foundation that they wanted us to repair. We sent out one of our Sales Consultants, Tim Kane, to the home to assess the issues and propose a solution that will solve this problem for good! 

One of our Foremen, Sergio Alves, and his helper Jacob Scott, would tackle the installation of this job. This job required push piers. They installed multiple around the outside of the home. These piers get installed below the foundation footing where they drive steel piers into the ground to lift the home into place and stabilize it. Once it is lifted and stabilized to a certain pressure that the homeowner is satisfied with, then the crew caps off each push pier bracket. Now this home is stable and has lifted into position. 

A homeowner located in Centerbrook, CT, had ongoing water seepage issues in their basement. They contacted us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find a permanent solution. One of our Sales Consultants, Brody Pickman, went to the home to assess the basement, and he proposed our full perimeter waterproofing system. 

Shortly after, it was time for one of our Foremen, Marcio, and his crew to install the proposed job. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the entire perimeter of the basement, to capture water seepage. Then they installed our TripleSafe sump pump to take the collected water and safely pump it out of the home. Our CleanSpace vapor barrier was installed on part of the walls to protect from moisture. Lastly, our Sedona dehumidifier was installed to eliminate excess moisture and prevent mold growth. 

Now this basement is completely protected for good, leaving the homeowner with great peace of mind! 

This homeowner in Andover, CT was struggling with water in their basement. They decided to call us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find a solution for their water problem. After scheduling an appointment, one of our Sales Consultants, Mike Bourdeau, went out to the home to see what was going on. He then proposed a proper solution for the issue. 

This job would be best for one of our Foremen, Cisco Berrios, and his crew. They would begin by installing a perimeter WaterGuard drainage system. This would go below the floor to collect any water coming in from the floors or walls. This would then get drained into the TripleSafe sump pump that they installed. Then the TripleSafe would pump out all that water through a discharge line at a safe distance from the home. This means no more water in the basement and the customer is happy with the results!
