A homeowner in New Canaan, CT, had an old, musty crawlspace that needed to be encapsulated. They contacted us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find a permanent solution. One of our Sales Consultants, Brian DiRisi, went to the home to assess the issue and propose an encapsulation solution. 

One of our Foremen, Garfield Sanderson, and his crew installed this job. They installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier throughout the crawlspace to protect it from moisture and mold. It will eliminate the musty odors as well. They also installed our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to eliminate moisture and humidity and prevent mold growth as well. 

Now this crawlspace is dry and moisture free and the homeowner has great peace of mind! 

A New Canaan, CT homeowner was dealing with water seepage in their basement because the sump pump they had was not working properly to eliminate any water. One of our Salesmen, Vin Orsini, went to the home to assess the basement and propose a waterproofing solution to eliminate these issues. 

Not long after it was time for installation. This was done by Moises and his crew. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the perimeter of the basement to capture water seepage. Then our CleanSpace vapor barrier was installed on half of the walls to protect them and also help water find its way directly to the drains. They also installed our TripleSafe sump pump to take all of the collected water and safely pump it out fo the home. 

This basement is now protected from basement water seepage and the homeowner has peace of mind.

One of our Sales Consultants, Don Godbout, went out to the home to estimate the issues. He informed them that they would need to waterproof their basement using our TripleSafe Sump Pump. One of our Foreman Marcial Lopez and his crew took on this project. They installed our TripleSafe system which will properly collect and pump out any water at a safe distance from the home. We also installed our WaterGuard and TrenchDrain systems, completely waterproofing the space. Our CleanSpace walls were also put in to protect the walls from water vapor. Now this homeowner can live worry-free knowing their basement is completely dry!

To complete the waterproofing system, the crew installed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to ensure that the basement is moisture and mold-free. Now this homeowner no longer has to worry about water in their basement!

They installed a WaterGuard drainage system below the floor to collect any water coming in from the floors or the walls. Then they installed a TripleSafe sump pump which takes that collected water and pumps it out of the home at a safe distance. This sump pump works with three pumps, one of which is a battery backup, making it our strongest sump pump. These systems work together to keep any water out of this basement. They also installed a SaniDry XP, one of our dehumidifiers, to protect the basement from excess moisture and mold growth. Now this basement is dry and the homeowner no longer needs to worry about future water damage.
