Our Sales Representative, Doug, was able to show the homeowner the features of our EverLast window inserts and SunHouse window well. These basement windows will not rust or rot because they’re built with reinforced vinyl frames. Plus, they feature a double-pane, insulated glass to prevent major heat loss. The SunHouse window wells are durable, prevents weeds from growing with its solid base, and its light color and curved form directs sunlight into the basement!  The homeowner loved these solutions and with these simple upgrades, she was thrilled with her efficient and beautiful basement windows and window wells!

A homeowner in Danbury, CT was getting water seeping into their basement every time it rained. After contacting us at Connecticut Basement Systems, we set an appointment for one of our Sales Consultants, Jimmy Stablein, to go to the home to assess the issues and propose a solution. 

Soon after it would be time for one of our Foremen, Cisco Berrios, and his crew to install the job. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the entire perimeter of the basement to collect the water coming in from the walls/floors. They installed our TripleSafe sump pump to take that collected water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. Lastly, they installed our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to eliminate moisture and prevent mold growth. Now this basement will stay dry all the time! 

A homeowner in Lakeville, CT expressed interest in encapsulating his crawl space. Previously a cold, damp space, the homeowner wanted to ensure the space was protected against moisture. In need of an expert, he reached out to the experts at Connecticut Basement Systems to schedule a free in-home consultation.

Upon calling, the homeowner made contact with Sales Representative Don Godbout. Once Godbout arrived at the home, he explained the application of products such as our CleanSpace vapor barrier and SilverGlo insulation panels. These products work in tandem to mitigate moisture and adequately insulate the space.

Once approved, Foreman Delfino Mones and his team arrived on-site to begin the installation process. Following a quick install, the homeowner feels much more confident in his crawlspace's appearance and waterproofing abilities!

Here we used a Trench Drain system to direct water out of the garage. BrightWall was also added to keep the walls from molding and brighten up the space. We also used an IceGuard system to prevent water from backing up during cold connecticut winters.

This basement was having water problems. We added a Trenchdrain, DryTrak, and sump pump to remove water from the basement.
