This young couple who are in the airforce reached out to us to encapsulate their crawlspace. The open sump pump was replaced with a SmartSump and a HydroLink drainage system was installed to help drain any water that accumulates in their space.

This family in Camden Wyoming, DE wanted to decrease the possibility of asthma, allergies and any other health issues affected by their uncontrolled crawlspace. With a call to DryZone, we installed CleanSpace encapsulation, installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and a SmartSump pump.

Time for a touch up with a new basement waterproofing system. Not only did we refresh the border, we protected the block walls!

This homeowner noticed water in various parts of their basement. They gave us a call because they no longer want to deal with the issue of having water in different parts of their basement. They are also planning to finish portions of the space in the near future and would rather get this fixed now than down the road.

After our team took a look, our recommendation was to add Waterguard and 2 sump pumps to keep the area clear of water moving forward. We are also going to be installing cleanspace wall system, a sanidry xp, replacing a current window with a rockwell egress system and lifting and leveling their back patio. 

They also asked for us to return to do additional work once their basement is finished such as ductwork!
