This homeowner wanted additional space for storage. With a call to DryZone, we encapsulated with CleanSpace, installed a TripleSafe sump pump, and installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to make sure this space stays clean and dry!

This Crawlspace had fallen into disrepair so they called the experts here at Dryzone to fix it up. To fix it up first we removed all of the debris and afterward, CleanSpace was installed to prevent any outside moisture from entering the Crawlspace. This is important as if water moisture is allowed to enter the Crawlspace it will result in mold growth as well as it will damage the wood thus compromising your foundation. 

The homeowner reached out to us because they noticed that the amount of water in their basement had drastically increased recently.
