After our Design Specialist conducted a full home inspection, we developed a plan to install a new exterior drainage system, including an enhanced channel drain within the pool deck’s concrete to collect and redirect flooding rainwater away from the home. Following Dan’s review and approval, our team carefully removed sections of concrete to place the new channel drain and connected it to the system’s underground drainage pipe. Additionally, nearby downspouts were connected directly into the underground pipe to prevent water from discharging around the pool deck. Upon completion, Dan’s pool deck is now fully equipped to manage rainwater, protecting both his concrete surfaces and the home’s foundation.
