Mr. Snabes contacted LRE after newly purchasing this home in Tampa, Florida. Mr. Snabes was concerned about the unlevel concrete around the home. LRE used their two-part rapid expanding polymer foam (PolyLevel) to permanently stabilize the soil underneath the slab while simultaneously lifting and leveling the slab back to its original height. Mr. Snabes no longer has to worry about unlevel concrete around his home.  

Kristi from Tampa, Florida, sought an effective drainage solution to divert water away from her back patio after experiencing heavy flooding in the area. She asked LRE Foundation Repair for assistance and we sent one of our expert Design Specialists out to her home to help create a plan for a new drainage system. After carefully surveying the back patio behind Kristi’s home, our specialist recommended installing a new, robust channel drain within the patio’s concrete. The water collected by the channel drain would then be diverted out to a relief drain away from the home through an underground drainage pipe. With Kristi's approval, our team carefully removed the necessary section of concrete, installed the new channel drain, and poured fresh concrete around it, ensuring a smooth and even surface. Now, Kristi's back patio has an effective drainage solution in place to prevent flooding, ensuring the protection of both her concrete and the foundation of her home.

To resolve the issue, we developed a comprehensive plan to install our SmartJack system to lift and permanently stabilize the floor joists.

With Matthew’s approval, our team installed each SmartJack in the crawl space, successfully elevating the joists and closing the visible gaps inside the home. With the project complete, Matthew can now enjoy peace of mind knowing his floors are secure and supported by a reliable, permanent solution.

Richard and Patricia owned this home in Temple Terrace, Florida for many years. The back room addition of this home started settling and large cracks were forming inside on the walls and ceiling. With growing concern, they called LRE Foundation Repair for the solution. After an inspection determined loose soils were causing too much movement to the home, LRE engineered a solution by installing helical piers and injecting PolyLevel to a section of the home. Helical piers are drilled into the soil around the exterior walls using small equipment to eliminate disruption to the landscaping of the home. These piers were also able to achieve the desired lift this home needed. In addition, PolyLevel, an expandable two-part foam, was injected at the site to solidify and stabilize the soils underneath.
