They were super humble and chill... good vibes explained everything. The end of the concrete slab we weren't raising cracked, but he filled it down sealed it up so I told him seriously it's not a problem bc it's already fixed. It was so hot and they worked a long time even self moved the trailer off the slab. Super pleased and they should def get shown appreciation for their hard work, attitudes and having kind conversations about my venting and such... they were understanding etc so good guys great work I'll recommend, worth the money.

I was very impressed with the 3 man crew that did the work. They were professional, courteous and informative. Even though they encountered some obstacles that were not of their doing they were able to complete the project. They went as far as to send someone back to Largo from Naples to pick up larger equipment. If ever I have the need for foundation work I would gladly use and recommend them. Thank you LRE crew.

From the start of the first meeting, Joe was very informative and honest with his thoughts on my spa deck repair. The support staff and office followed up with numerous emails and kept me up to date on the schedule and scope of the work. On the day of the repair, Brad and Justin got to work setting up and drilling the holes for the foam. They were both very polite and professional throughout the process. I'm so grateful for the service from LRE! Everyone there was super responsive, from getting the inspection and quote scheduled, to getting the job done. Everything was very smooth. LRE was on top of everything. They showed up on time and everyone was polite and professional. The crew explained what they were going to do and showed up with heavy-duty tools and materials to stabilize my foundation. I was relieved when I saw what they were using to fix my home and realized the problem was going to be fixed with expertise. The two installers were professional, polite and answered every question we had during the install. They were neat and cleaned up like no one was here. John came with all kinds of pictures and professional presentation of what their solution to our problem was. He was experienced in his field and a nice family man. 

Crew leader was great. Called before arrival and provided a time of arrival. Explained the process and executed the work, informing me of the status as the work proceeded. Also, I needed two processes done. Raise the slabs and install a new pool drain. LRE was able to complete both tasks. Others could not. I am a member of Angie's and chose you as a direct result of #1 reading the reviews and #2 scheduling the estimate and having the work completed before our closing date on 7/19/24. Lastly, if I ever require concrete restoration work, I would not hesitate to call LRE to provide an estimate or refer a friend to LRE. Simple, you guys were great and completed the work to my satisfaction allowing my painter time to put a fresh coat of paint on the deck. Thank you so much LRE!

I couldn't have asked for a better crew to work on my property. Since this is a historic house, it came with many challenges. Sergio and his crew went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. No corners were cut while they maintained the job and kept safety as a priority. The crew also did their very best to mitigate any obstacles along the way while staying transparent by keeping me in the loop. My house now feels balanced and solid, and I know that by investing in the SmartJack system, my home will now last another 100 years! LRE did a great job installing channel drains at our historic house in Indialantic. From my first contact and site visit with Austin, and the quality installation by Angel, Nick, and Jose, the experience was first-class. They explained the entire process and answered every question I had. The project was done on schedule and I would definitely recommend LRE for home foundation repair. In fact, they are even coming back next week for another job; stabilizing and leveling the building foundation.

This was the best contractors I have ever met. I have had many over the years and they by far was the most professional, sincere, courteous, I have ever met. From start to finish I was impressed. The work they did was 5 star. I would highly recommend them who may have retaining wall work or anything else. Highly recommended. I will use them again if needed. Thank You LRE. 

Austin was AMAZING! So educational and personable. No pressure to purchase. Explained the pros and cons. Everyone I have interacted with from your company has been professional, courteous, happy to explain things. Great communication with both sets of crews... when they would arrive, what I could expect, explaining the process, making sure my needs were met. I am SUPER impressed! (And I have been extremely underwhelmed by customer service in Florida in general, so that's REALLY saying A LOT!!) Thank you so much for all of your help. 

LRE has great customer service and installation. The crew that came to my house was led by Justin, and they all did an amazing job with my fountain support installation and driveway repair. Both of the installers were very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. They were kind enough to explain the process and show me how the various products worked. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for repair work. Thank you very much, guys!

Sergio and his crew, Jose and Angel, were true professionals. Sergio called 45 minutes prior to coming out to give me a heads-up of their arrival. Upon their arrival they introduced themselves with firm handshakes and smiles, offered to explain what they would be doing, and asked if we had any questions. When they were getting ready for lunch, Sergio again contacted me to tell me their plans and got right back to work upon their return. Upon completion we talked and exchanged heartfelt thanks. Their work is great and I'm sure the new drainage system will get tested soon (it's summer in Florida!) and will function as designed. Thank you gentlemen and thank you LRE!

D'Angelo called the day before our actual appointment to say that they had completed that day's work and asked if they could come to look over the job and possibly get started on my project. After agreeing to the arrangement, both D'Angelo and Javonte arrived on time, and were open and friendly. They described what work would be accomplished that day, and I was taken by the way they both expressed their enjoyment of their work and their relationships with LRE. They began work and after a few hours notified me that they were leaving for the night and would return the next morning. The job was completed and we could hardly tell that they had been here. The holes in our walk and driveway are barely noticeable. The house foundation work is almost invisible. Amazing crew and job, and our worksite was left spotless both days. We highly recommend LRE.
