Sergio and his crew, Jose and Angel, were true professionals. Sergio called 45 minutes prior to coming out to give me a heads-up of their arrival. Upon their arrival they introduced themselves with firm handshakes and smiles, offered to explain what they would be doing, and asked if we had any questions. When they were getting ready for lunch, Sergio again contacted me to tell me their plans and got right back to work upon their return. Upon completion we talked and exchanged heartfelt thanks. Their work is great and I'm sure the new drainage system will get tested soon (it's summer in Florida!) and will function as designed. Thank you gentlemen and thank you LRE!

D'Angelo called the day before our actual appointment to say that they had completed that day's work and asked if they could come to look over the job and possibly get started on my project. After agreeing to the arrangement, both D'Angelo and Javonte arrived on time, and were open and friendly. They described what work would be accomplished that day, and I was taken by the way they both expressed their enjoyment of their work and their relationships with LRE. They began work and after a few hours notified me that they were leaving for the night and would return the next morning. The job was completed and we could hardly tell that they had been here. The holes in our walk and driveway are barely noticeable. The house foundation work is almost invisible. Amazing crew and job, and our worksite was left spotless both days. We highly recommend LRE. And great work D'Angelo and Javonte!

This was an experience like none other! I've never received a quote like this before. Sean at LRE redefined what it means to give an honest inspection to a property. He gave me the information I needed and didn't gaslight me to make a sale. He told me what should be done, what could be done, and what did not need to be done. From the time I made my first phone call to LRE Foundation Repair for an estimate and spoke to Sarah, to the last call I made this morning to Cassidy, I've had nothing but “OUTSTANDING” service! TJ came out to my house for an estimate, and was professional, thorough, explained very clearly the work to be done, and he went out of his way to provide assistance. When the crew came to my house, my crew supervisor, Omar, did an excellent job of explaining what they were going to do, expedited the job with a team that worked harder than any crew I've ever dealt with, and then cleaned up as if no one had ever been on my property. I spoke with several other employees in the office over the last couple of weeks, including Fay and Victoria, both whom represented LRE Foundation well. They were really respectful of my property and Carlos was fantastic. I've had so many contractors on my property and Carlos was by far the most attentive, respectful, and communicative crew leaders I've dealt with. Gave me a lot of comfort that they weren't breaking my house or cutting corners. My husband and I couldn't have been happier with our experience with this crew. We felt like Ross, the person who gave us the quote, was honest about the scope of work. He was very nice and walked us through everything so we felt comfort in his expertise but also that he wasn't trying to push unnecessary work on us.

Our condo pool deck needed multiple repair efforts to achieve satisfactory repair before doing surface painting. Connor did a great job evaluating and analyzing our REC Board's needs for repairs.
